What Are The Higher End Bit Rate Ranges For 4K Cameras ?

Looking to understand if there is a need to have anything beyond a 10/100 PoE port for cameras. Not referring to switch fabric or uplink/s ports or requirements for network connections for servers, strictly PoE ports on switches used to power network cameras, appreciate your insight.
