This is not necessarily true. We work with a broad swath of industries and 3-6 year refreshment seems to be the norm. As 3rd party and onboard analytics become pervasive, organizations are going to want to take advantage. Selling a customer cameras with the expectations that they are going to remain in place longer than 5 years seems naive at this point.
