I have this problem on some of my axis Q3708 and not others. For example in one parking lot the one on the south end does it but when the same car gets to the north end it doesn't have the issue. I have compared settings and they are setup the same and the firmware is the same. Does anyone know what is causing this? As you can see it happens on people walking not just cars on the cameras that have issues. I have also tried adjusting the noise motion blur settings and it did not help.
