Interesting take from Vivint. Last week, a jury ordered Vivint To pay $190 Million in damages to CPI which prompted Vivint's buyer NRG to re-evaluate the deal.

Now, Vivint's just released 10K, page 109, discloses an estimate of liability of just $10.8 million, though they admit that is the "low end of the range":
