Have an atypical facility. Large influxes of temporary guests which we'd like to automate, all would be granted access to common area, then groups to designated rooms. Mobile access would be ideal, considering biometrics. Concerns are licensing structures that would be per credential and reoccuring. Typical guests would be unfamiliar with access control systems and we want to minimize staffing doors and initial ingress confusion. The guests would likely never return again, so per credential costs are of concern.
As a specifier, the marketing brochures we are often exposed to are very cryptic and lacking in licensing structures. I would appreciate any suggestions on specific visitor management & ACS integrations to investigate.
Do any of the resi and hospitality solutions offer any means to monitor violations and props? We have sensitive content that would need to be protected between groups. Occupation is sporadic throughout the several days.
Thanks!
