Video Analysis Expertise For 'STart-Up' Idea
Guys, good afternoon.
I am a system integrator and i have the idea of a "start-up" (do not like the term) to develop some video analysis, what expertise do i need to look for in people for this type of development of algorithms? What programming language among other things? Focused on Axis, Milestone, Hikvision.
