A long-standing client is ready for a system-wide surveillance upgrade consisting of ~160 IP cameras. Vicon has been brought up as a contending brand, which I was very surprised to hear. Honestly, it seems like Vicon hasn't been relevant name in decades, but I'm interested in feedback from anyone who is aware of both the company's history, as well as its present standing.
