Verkada, Openpath, Proxy Did Not Take PPP, Should They Have?

In our recent PPP coverage, e.g., 1, 2, 3, there has been a lot of push back from industry people generally arguing if the government is giving it out, everyone should take it. Indeed, industry attorney Kirschenbaum made just that case saying every business operation was affected.

However, a number of prominent companies including OpenPath, Proxy, and Verkada did not take PPP. Of course, they also all have taken significant VC funding. So do you think that was a missed opportunity for them?
