I'm not the biggest fan of the Verkada product line but they have, in my experience, supported their customers fairly well. The company I work for has, at Verkada's request, followed up on other sites where installers have done a poor job. This is because the customer complained loudly to Verkada. We have reinstalled cameras that other vendors have installed poorly or finished installs where the other vendor failed to. I don't think the manufacturer has much to do with the issue pictured in the original post.
