Verkada Asks For "Secret Feedback" On Sales Recruit - Reddit
A recent Reddit thread highlighted a Verkada sales recruiting tactic of cold outreach to a former colleague of a Verkada employee candidate:
Just got a request from a Verkada Sales Manager for secret feedback on someone that worked at my company. Problem is, I never knew the person, totally different team. And we have like 2000 sales people, so the recruiter just chose me at random. The Verkada manager asked for it to be anonymous and to not to tell the rep who's interviewing...feels weird.
