Has anyone used this tester before or have anyinformation on it? I am trying to find more information like what cameras it is compatible with.

If by compatible you mean "what cameras can you get video from" I would say only NTSC and PAL. For IP cameras it only explicitly lists IP address checking... Sneaky.
