Does anyone have any experience running Milestone 2019 Professional + R2 with an AXIS Intercom over the web. The Milestone server and AXIS Intercom are local to each other, and the Smart Client is remotely connected via the Internet. All necessary ports according to Milestone documentation are open/forwarded in the router. We are using the AXIS Optimizer plug in, and this seems to be the problem. Does anyone know if it uses specific ports to communicate with Milestone? Seems like this tool is blocked when used over the Internet...Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
