Using C-Cure 9000 Monitoring Station From A Remote Network, Stuck On Connecting, Any Ideas?

I am trying to use the Monitoring Station from a remote network to connect to a C-Cure 9000 server. I have forwarded ports 8999 and 8997. It is stuck on "Connecting to Server. Please wait..." Any ideas?
