Updating Firmware On A Sony EP-550 With Firmware Version 1.74.01, Need Help!

Hi All,
We're in the process of migrating a camera system to Milestone. This customer has Sony equipment. I'm familiar with Sony, but this camera baffles me right now. The camera has firmware 1.74.01, and is not supported in Milestone (only 1.75 and on) but can't be upgraded using the the SNC Toolbox (tried 1.7, 1.6.1, 1.60), SNC toolbox states the feature is either not supported or...
