Unable To Rotate Floor Plan

I am unable to rotate floor plan

Jose,

 

I had the same issue recently. I figured it out after a little tinkering.

 

zoom out a bit, then hover over the corner of the floor plan. You should see some sort of arrow indicating that it's ready to be rotated. Then right click and hold, use the mouse to move and the floor plan should rotate.
