Ubiquiti Antenna With Avigilon

Hello,

I have a camera (H4 PTZ avigilon) on a pole and 2 antenna from ubiquiti (nanostation m)to bring the signal to the client secure firewall.

When we install a wire directly into the camera and then into the firewall avigilon can see the camera and all good but as soon as we go through the antenna the server can't see or found the camera.

I don't understand what they are they doing wrong in their config that makes it not work. They are saying that the problem are the antenna but I don't have enough knowledge to say if the problem is their config or the antenna.

Avigilon if config by default with 169.254.x.x

The camera in the pole was supposed to be 192.168.1.15 and antenna 192.168.1.10 and 11.

We also try to put the camera at 169.254.224.16 and antenna at 169.254.10.10 and 11 and it didn't work.

Do you have idea, did a similar setup with antenna ?

It is gouv site so I don't see what config or they do but I know that they want to make sure that if someone hacks the wifi, they will not see more than the ptz and not the rest of the camera.

Also, at the end, I try to connect the antenna direct in the same switch as the avigilon server with the config in the 169.254 and avigilon was not able to pick up the ptz.

Thanks
