Hey guys,
Quick question,
Which do you find to provide a better picture for viewing security cameras, using a matte TV or a glossy TV?

Matte is easier on the eyes, and you have fewer problems from glare. Glossy allows you to see fine details better.
Thanks Ari,
So for a Private residence, 32" dedicated wall mounted TV for camera viewing, what would you go with?
Probably matte. If you're mounting it in a bright room, say near windows or something, I'd go with matte, because then the sunshine has less of a chance of completely washing out the screen. You'll still get a little glare, but not as much as with a glossy.
But a glossy will look better than a matte in a dark room. Brighter colors, sharper details.
think i would worry more about the refresh rate and response rate. Resolution supported might also be a factor. More of our projects are going in with 4K moniotrs, shows off 3-12MP cameras in thrie most favorable light.
