how would you go about turning off video recording on an input activation? We have a potential project for a Police Department where we need to install a switch on the wall that will activate/deactivate recording on demand. The customer would like to see the live feed at all times. I was thinking that maybe there is a way to setup a rule on a camera that would disable motion detection (onvif) on an input activation. In my opinion if this setup was possible on the camera level we could use any onvif compatible NVR. Thanks in advance.
