From what I have read in IPVM discussions are these cameras HikVision re-branded? Some model cameras are somewhat high priced comparably, however I am used to FLIR kit pricing. Directly from the owner, I have to pull out perfectly good working cameras and replace them with Truvision. Has anyone had experience with Navigator v8 or 7.1 it is free, however after 30 days loose some functions? The sales support for Texas was awful and no help from inside sales either. Any feedback would be greatly considered.

Nov 09, 2018TruVision cameras are Hikvision OEM, see our test. Interlogix has claimed for years that they are doing custom firmware, but we don't see any evidence of that.
We haven't tested Navigator. It doesn't appear to be a straight up relabeling of another platform, as far as I can tell, but that doesn't mean it isn't. This is everything that works in the free version:
