Toughdog Help

Is anyone here connected with Tough Dog? We need help.

Our customer just bought 3 new TD NVRs from us.Playback is jumping backward. You can't select a certain time. It will randomly jump backward.

I called TD support and after a 45 minute call their answer was for me to format the drives.I asked them to escalate a ticket to the manufacturer to find an answer.He said his manager was the only one with access to "maybe" do that and he was out sick and he did not know when he would be back at work.

Any help?Our customer asked us to escalate a ticket to the manufacturer to find a solution.They just bought 3 of these units from us and they are nervous since they are having problems after 2 weeks...
