I changed title to be more descriptive and switched link to the more detailed MarketWatch article.

My first guess is that the security effort, regardless of what happens will survive as a spin out / sell off (since its not the distressed part), though clearly how much resources (or not) will be dedicated will be a major question / concern.

Not sure if this affects their office equipment business as well. Ricoh just laid off 1000+ employees as well.

Guess its a good thing I left that industry...
