What Is The Best Way To Easily Turn Off A Camera For A Set Period Of Time?

I have a scenario where my customer needs to turn off a camera (maybe two cameras) to protect the identity of people being brought into a building.

I need the camera to remain off for appx. 10 minutes based on a toggle switch (or key switch) input, then resume recording once the time expires. Do you have a recommendation for a long timer relay like this?

I also need to keep the price as low as possible because I will need to recreate this more than 80 times at various locations.
