I´m making a presentation about the evolution of Video Surveillance, and I want to build a time line. But i can find years of the following:
VCR
Quads
Matrix Switchers
Color Cameras
TLR
Multuplexers (this ones i think is like 1998)
DVR
IP cameras
Does any one have an approximate year?

Here's another source - with additional information on the 'beginning dates' of things: i.e. Digital multiplexing shows 1990 as the year this was introduced.
