Took over a client recently with a central control room, they have 14 monitors they use for CCTV.
Multiple 50 meter long active Displayport cable's broke (€600,- each).

Since it's going to be a warranty issue with their previous cctv supplier they asked what could be done to restore the screens asap.
Converters didn't work (tried DVI, HDMI) probably cause of the 4x DP ports on their Nvidia P4000 Cards.
