Anyone had any experance with Taser offerings for video storage (evidence.com)? I am curious what happens if a police department would decide to go elsewhere after a couple of years of storing all their videos in Taser's cloud.

Aug 12, 2016Here is a bump because now I am interested, too. Maybe the question was a little ahead of it's time, but maybe now becoming more relevant as more body cams are being used. I'm just interested overall how the video is stored usually. I.e. As common data files on a file server or in a proprietary database. If they are in the cloud, of course it will be a proprietary database (or DB interface requiring an API). But how often is body cam footage stored in the cloud?
