Has anyone else had trouble getting licenses for Verint Nextiva VMS? It seems to take them on average a week to process licenses. Other VMS manufacturers seem to be able to turn these around in hours not days.

From what I have heard they have been scaling back their video surveillance staff / team, so it wouldn't surprise me.
Since you are getting them directly from Verint, I could only suggest normal steps, like asking your sales rep or contacting someone else inside Verint, etc.
There's not a lot of integrators selling Verint these days, so I am not sure how many can help but let's see.

Sep 16, 2015Thank you for the response John. I have gone through the normal channels, asked mutiple times. I'm not so much looking for anyone on here to help me solve this, but was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Maybe not because many aren't selling there product.

Sep 17, 2015This is odd. We get them in 15 minutes to 24 hours but we are just using Op Center and NVRs.
