Suprema Bioconnect - Any Customer Support?

Does anyone use Suprema Bioconnect?  I have a client facility where support was unhelpful until we purchased a software support package.  No problem, we purchased one.  Now we cannot confirm they have linked the purchase back to our order or receive any confirmation.  Support seems to be an issue.  Does anyone have a direct line to someone useful and/or have a means to receive support?

Just to close this out I finally got a hold of someone.  It turns out that their website sends emails out from a single persons account - the person who coded the website.  That person no longer works there for the past month.  Their voicemail system is equally broken.  Suprema may be going through a restructuring or recently has had some turnover.  I let them know about the website and automated emails.  Hopefully they fix them.

Please understand that Bioconnect and Suprema are two different companies. Bioconnect is a partner of suprema and they offer the software packages you are referring to. You should be contacting Bioconnect for any issues regarding this and they should help you ASAP. 

Suprema has their own sales force in the USA and will be ramping up the tech support to assist our dedicated dealer partners.
