Streaming A Hikvision Camera

Does anyone have any experience streaming a Hikvision camera to the Internet? It is fairly easy to set up an account on Youtube and stream a laptop's internal camera to the Internet. Still, I am having difficulty finding a simple solution to stream a Hikvision camera.

Is there a camera that already has the correct protocol built into it that can be connected to Youtube or another streaming service directly? I am also interested in streaming audio. Any help with getting this set up for a local church would be greatly appreciated. I am looking for a solution within the $3,000 range.
