Does Anyone Have Suggestions For Getting Into A Speco DVR Without Password?

Hi, so based on the other question I recently posted - I now would like to get into the DVR and make adjustments - however there were two previous contractors onsite and no one provided management with passwords to get into the system.  I spent close to an hour waiting for Speco tech support and gave up.  Does anyone have any suggestions to get into the DVR? 

It is my understanding that based on reading the cut sheets - I can change each channel to either analog, IP, or HD-TVI.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Robert, I don't have much experience with Speco DVRs. However, I just searched through the D16HT's user manual and it says "The factory default password is 1111." Have you tried that already?

I don't know if Speco has a 'side door' type password reset feature like Dahua and Hikvision.

I have an older Speco DVR, the defaults I am aware of are admin/1234 and user/4321. 

When I got this DVR, someone had changed all the passwords for the user accounts to user1/1111, user2/2222 etc.
