Software For Handling Technicians Daily-Weekly Schedule

Is there in the market an affordable software (preferrably cloud-based) to handle technicians schedules and maintenance visits to customers sites after a support call or ticket ? ... I've seen that some TELCO operators can send the name of the technician, approximate hours, etc. to customer's e-mail with a link to confirm or reject said visit if the Internet modem came back and the visit is no longer needed. Are these software part of a bigger CRM software package ?? or can they be smaller and more affordable for a small CCTV Integrator business operation ? (by affordable I mean less than $500 per user license).
