It's basically a scam. There are numerous of these outfits, typically based in India, that do these book reports and try to find naive corporate employees to buy them.
The list you shared is so ridiculous because the person who wrote it has no idea about the market they are covering and they move on from one market to the next (this week, they are 'analyzing' video surveillance, next week it is pig farming, the following week it is MRI machines, etc.).
The biggest name in this scam space is Markets and Markets and their research is equally worthless. I contacted them last year and asked for a sample section from their video surveillance report.
Markets and Markets gave me their section on Honeywell. They googled for press releases and general company information, putting it into a pretty book report format.
It's a sad way to make money and a shame for the people who fall for it.
