We were lucky enough to bring on a client from another integrator that has a bunch of SNO-8081Rs. About 8 of the 30 are staying in B&W mode all the time. I can force them to color from the web interface, but if I put it back on automatic they go right to B&W even in the middle of the day.
We don't have a lot of experience with them. Has anyone seen this before? The settings haven't changed in years so I don't think that's it. Is it a known issue? An artifact of age?
