the state controllled credit agency appears to be the only one giving credit insurance
we recently had a technical problem with a supplier
we withheld payment to try and get the supplier to fix their problems
without notice or discussion withdraw our credit line with all our suppliers as they are or appear to be the one who insures credit accounts
these led us to pay the supplier for goods that are faulty to try and get our credit lines reinstated
i can see this having a huge impact on companies who have multiple suppliers in China effectively held to random and forced to pay supppliers for goods that don't work
