That's a Pelco Harris Dome?  Named after the guy at Pelco who designed it.

Right on Pat! Couldnt sleep, and decided to play with the wayback machine and you can get all the spec sheets as far back as 95 when you go to pelco.com in the machine.

I recall reading about the Harris dome in Pelco's product catalogue, it made mention of the fact that they called the dome "Harris Dome" after the Pelco employee who came up with the design.  I don't know why this detail stuck in my mind! There are more important things to remember in life. ;)
