I work for a Electrician/Company that primarily deals with large scale muti-unit residential and larger company installations. We have 5 or 6 decent sized accounts that we both test and inspections and monitoring for our customers.   However, going forward, this may not be something we really wish to grow (maintaining more service technicians, having on call technicians, etc) so I was wondering what the best options others in our place have done? 

We could sell the accounts to another company more setup for this service, (and what is the best way to calculate the contract/accounts worth?) or perhaps find another means to support more accounts (if it is practical to slowly grow a completely commercial large scale multi-tenant fire alarm business out of it.)
