How can i reset Samsung NVR SRN-1000 to defaults as one of my new client has forgotten the admin pw and his previous supplier is no longer in contact.

Apr 25, 2018With power on and the unit booted, insert a paper clip in the hole in the back panel Press and hold for 5 seconds. NVR should beep. Release and wait for it to reboot.
User/Password will be reset to admin:4321
Default ip addresses are 192.168.1.200/192.168.2.200.
All recorded video will be retained but all programming will be defaulted
Latest firmware is v1.52.
