Samsung or Pelco or AXIS CCTV, which shall be best choice for hotels and street surveillance??

I'd agree with this - I tend to recommend specific MODELS for a given purpose, rather than BRANDS.

None of those will work in a hotel. You need Avigilon for a hotel install.

None will work on a street without custom firmware either.
