Samsung Bullet Cameras SNO-5080R - FEEDBACK?

I'm working with an architect who is insisting on bullet style, black colored cameras for the exterior of his building. I found this Samsung which appears adequate for the application, but have never used these. Anyone? I did note that my VMS only supports single stream on this one. Also wonder if the IR's can be disabled as there will be a few pointed at each-other.

Looks pretty generic, unfortunately I've had no experience with Samsung.
