Hi all,

Anyone know how to export all users/Card ID's from S2 Netbox? i can't seem to find the option and I know that every other AC software that I've ever used has always had that feature.

Thanks in advance.

I'll ask for tech support from S2, as we do not have a demo box, but does this tree help?

Administration --> Reports --> History --> CSV Export

Brian,

Good evening, and thanks for your reply.

I tried that but was only able to export a history of all reads.

I've asked S2 and will post back when they respond.

The navigation will depend on which version of NetBox you're running.

Scot,

Good morning,

I'm not at the customer location so I don't know what version they are running. Are the steps so different?

All I know as of now is that they are running Netbox Extreme and it's not the current version.

Thank you for your time.

There have been some major changes in the interface.

Here was S2's response:

"S2 provides card holder imports/exports via the Data Management Tool, which is a separate application and is available for download from the S2 website. Also, S2 provides the Data Operations tool which allows for batch import/export operations, the Data Ops feature is embedded in the user-interface in software versions 4.6 or greater.

Hope this helps!"

Brian,

Is there any way you could get a link for the download of these tools? I checked out their website and can't find anything without an account.

Thank you.
