S2 Mercury Firmware Update Files

I just updated an S2 NetBox Extreme to the latest software version and I want to get all my Mercury EP1502 controllers up to the same/latest firmware version. A section of the Mercury controller configuration screen shows current and recommended firmware, none of mine are up to it and most aren't even close. My reseller can't find the firmware on his S2 partner page and the S2 support staff is telling him that its not important. I'm told the only way to get the update is to schedule a remote session with S2 support and have them do it.

Does anyone know if this is correct or is the firmware hidden deep in the partner page that's just hard to find?
