McDonald sold Pelco to Schneider Electric in 2007 for $1.5 billion. In that decade after, Pelco declined sharply.
That is sad news. I LOVED Pelco when he was at the helm. Their customer service under his direction was the best in the world IMO. My thoughts are for his family and the community he loved and supported. RIP sir!
