I was wondering if anyone can share with me any good ways about connecting a remote site to a central site. I need to connect cameras to monitor a site that is located in a mountain community. Right now the only solution is to connect the cameras to a switch that has a AP to connect to the cameras. Long range antennas are currently being looked at but that may be a couple of years away. The cameras do not need to monitored 24/7 but only triggered when there is motion. I have seen some LTE enabled cameras but would like to use my own choice of cameras. Any input would be appreciated.
