Recently Became A Verkada Certified Partner, Am I Making A Mistake Promoting Something I Believe Is "Top Shelf"?

Hello: Having used Verkada's platform and hardware for a year+ now I signed up our small group and became certified partners. Did this knowing of two (2) immediate local schools planning to enhance their physical security. Been hearing a few things about "HAAS" and Verkada from, what I thought was a respected / knowledgeable person. Wow! Even when I simply asked an online group, "Is anyone familiar with Verkada and physical security" this guy immediately accused me of "not stating that I was affiliated with Verkada "soon enough" in the conversation!
What's YOUR bottom line on Verkada? Am I making a mistake promoting something that I believe is "top shelf"?
