Random Question About Streaming HDMI To Nvrs...

We have a customer who wants to record his call center screens.  He wants to see each one of the centers monitors as a channel on a NVR for recording etc.  Is there a device that can sit in-line on the HDMI signal and transmit to a H.265 connection at a NVR?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
