RAID Or No RAID For 100 Cameras, 300TB Raw Video Storage?

What are your thoughts on RAID vs no RAID for video storage servers?

I'm currently working on a new buildout of approx 100 cameras. in the past I've used RAID 6 for storage servers, but I'm thinking of skipping RAID all together because of impossibly long rebuild times.
