A client has a legacy DSX access system and is considering upgrade / replacement.
I read the commentary on this site from 2014 reviewing DSX. Biggest issues at that time were lack of native IP interface, weak video integrations (e.g. live view only), and apparently antiquated software user experience. (Also, the fact that controllers are proprietary, which won't change. )
