Has anyone had QC issues with Camden electric strikes?
We had a CX-ED1259L surface-mount rim strike mounted on an exterior door which worked for all of about two years in a low-traffic environment before it simply stopped functioning. We purchased a replacement from our distributor and during the install test, the plastic retaining clip on the strike-side power connector broke off with ONE use.
