PTZ Problems Near Transmission Power Lines

Does anyone have any experience getting rid of Electrostatic Charges on cameras mounted on transmission pole mounted in substation environment.

It was suggested to isolate the camera and run separate ground which did not help. Short of lowering the camera down the pole does anyone have a suggestion. PTZ cameras appear to be effected more than fixed.
