Just wondering, but where does everyone buy their protected or monitored by company X yard signs and window stickers from? Something custom where you can put your company logo and contact information on them? Similar to what ADT and  Vivnt and the other large security companies offer.

The first company I worked for just had them made by a local sign/printing company. Probably not much help to you, but if you live in or near a large urban center, chances are there will be many.

I think the in house marketing person for the company designed the logo, but not sure.

We used JC Gury and Maxwell Signs in California.  The prices vary based on size, shape, material, single or double sided, steel poles, aluminum poles, pre mounted, unmounted and quantity.

As U2 said above Maxwell has been selling signs for years but a quick google search reveals tons of them:

Not to distract from your question but are signs and stickers still relevant? Personally I think so but probably not as much as they were back say in the 90's. Yeah I'm old. Back in the 90's typically if you had a sign in your yard you were less likely to get broken into. These days I'm sure it helps as much because lazy people who won't work for a living will go around and check for unlocked doors and just brazenly walk into your house in the middle of the day and grab a couple of items and run out. This was an issue near where I live a couple of years ago.

What I do think the signs and stickers are good for is getting and keeping your name out there. Especially is you do commercial work. Make sure all your panels, recorders and keypads have stickers with your phone number on them. If you do access control then a key chain with the panel keys with your logo and phone number is a good idea as well. In the commercial market lets say you have a system in place for a few years and whoever deals with security leaves. Then unless you have a great relationship with others or your information is not readily available then the customer is likely to just google someone to come fix whatever the problem is. If your name and number is on the keypad, panel, NVR, etc then that customer is more likely to pick up the phone and call you when service is needed.

We we first started we used a local printer for our door stickers. They faded quickly, peeled, and generally did not last or look professional. We ordered from JC Gury and are very pleased. The ink used lasts without fading, the stickers are very durable and for me, most important-double sided so you can install them on the inside of a window or glass door. It's clear that using a vendor that knows the business is preferable to a local printer who doesn't understand the needs of the business. Our sticker is our branding and we want them to represent us well.

Totally agree with David. We used a local printer for many years, but the quality was sub-par and the price was expensive. Go with JC Gury and you won't have any quality issues.

One more item if you put stickers on you panels is include a QR code linking to either your website, phone number or a service portal is you have service software. I have suggested that here but the response is no one uses those. Sure maybe the maintenance person who is about to retire but I see more younger people in some of these roles now and they most definitely would use this.
