Power Supply That Automatically Or By Schedule Cycles Power

I have an outdoor video application, cameras will be powered POE+ from a hardened mid-span injector. My network switch is also hardened but it cannot furnish POE+, just POE, thus the midspan. As the cameras are in somewhat of remote locations and may lock up occasionally, I am looking for a way to remotely cycle power to the cameras, either on demand, or worst case maybe once a day automatically. Any thoughts? I must use the manufacturer and model of switch I am using, so I cannot change to one that I can manage power to the ports via the network.

There are IP based power supplies that you can log in to and reset remotely. I have used midatlantic in the past, however, I believe there are a number of other manufacturers who make racks or UPS that offer similar products.

As a basic budget solution, you could plug your POE injector into a garden light timer and set it to turn off for a few seconds each day.
